Super Hyper Feminine Team Dreamy Queer Universe was Ríon’s thesis project for their BFA in Textile Art & Artefact. It was exhibited as part of the 2018 graduate show in the National College of Art and Design, Dublin.

The project explores queer femininity, drawing from interviews with members of the queer community around their relationship to the feminine. Its intense, hyperfeminine aesthetic pays tribute to queer femmes and their (re)construction of femininity separate from cisheterosexuality.
