Ríon was co-director of gender.RIP collective between 2018 and 2025. gender.RIP curated exhibitions, hosted performance and cabaret events, and ran art events, all platforming and centering trans and non-binary artists and audience members.

gender.RIP collective were involved in A4Sounds Studio’s We Only Want The Earth residency program between 2019 and 2025, both hosting events and working as consulting artists.

gender.RIP have hosted events/exhibited work at venues including Project Arts Centre, Centre Culturel Irlandais, Temple Bar Gallery and Studios, and the NCAD Gallery; and were artists in residence at Quarter Block Party Festival Cork in 2019.
